- Identify the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all the hotel levels.- Prepare annual training plans; scheduled and developed into an appropriate training calendar, advertised throughout the hotel.- Making sure L&D budget is established to support the Hotel Training Plan. Budget is monitored regularly, forecasts are accurate and updated regularly, and corrective action plans are initiated when necessary.- Making sure that learning & development needs, captured in CDPs are included in the Annual TNA, Annual Training Plan, Annual Training Calendar, Annual L&D Budget- Partner with departments to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions.- Interact with hotel leaders responsible for people development to provide support to operational departments- Conducting relevant brand training program.- Track and manage the online Hilton University programs.- Follow up the on / off job training and making sure it is taking place.- Make sure that system in place for arranging and tracking cross-exposure training.

Teaching English for hotel staff members (from all departments) in order to be able to communicate correctly and effectively with guests in English, focusing on developing speaking and listening skills of the trainees. - The Program was conducted and supervised by AMIDEAST Egypt. - The Program basically includes tourism and hospitality related topics such as how to be hospitable to guests, job satisfaction, guest satisfaction, appearance and hygiene, job competencies and qualifications, dealing with difficult situations, dealing with complaints, handling phone calls, hotel facilities ... and others. - A basic responsibility of the trainer is to design and update training material for associates of different levels of knowledge and language proficiency.
