-Run the production office reporting to the Executive Producer. When the line producer and production manager are on set, production coordinators are in charge of what goes on with the phones, photocopier and paperwork.-Work during pre-production and set up the production office, organizing equipment, supplies and staff. -Coordinate travel, accommodation, work permits and visas for cast and crew.-Distribute shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions.-During production, I am responsible for preparing, updating and distributing crew lists, daily progress reports and script changes, also deal with call sheets and transport requirements, let the transport captain know what is needed and organize couriers and shipping companies.-As the shoot draws to an end, I help the Executive Producer & production manager to ‘wrap’ the production. -Close accounts with suppliers, return surplus stock and tie up all loose ends.

• Create monthly media plans and media calendars according to shows and budgets.• Create and manage Facebook / Google ads for all shows.• Execute and optimize media spend, making continual adjustments to creative, targeting,and bidding on various buying platforms.• Help develop and execute Social and Digital Media strategy with the Digital MarketingManager.• Coordinate all online marketing activities with the team including the Digital MarketingManager• Manage social and digital media campaigns budgets across multiple social and digitalplatforms to ensure key performance indicator goals are met• Develop and test new campaigns to better target users• Apply best practices and key learnings to new campaigns.• Analyze media spend to create reports based on the campaign and communicate theprogress.• Reporting on all FB and other social media ad issues to the Digital Marketing Manager.• Working with the wider marketing team on activation ideas and content suggestionsbased on previous campaigns success

-Managing and monitoring all the online marketing channels -Handling all the online business of 45 hotels owned and managed by the company.-Uploading and updating contracted rates and promotions on the hotels’ different websites. -Handling (4 Your Hotel) system that links all the hotels with the regional office. -Controlling the availability and the rates of the hotels through the contracted websites.-Handling new online business with new 3rd Parties, offline Tour Operators & Agents. -Making rate parity report, availability report & monthly reports (materialization report; revenue report; web analysis report… etc.) -Preparing online tour operators’ rates and promotions as well as ensuring correct and accurate posting.
