Axon is a leading provider of Integrated Solutions, Security Equipment, Way finding Consultancy and Office Automation Technology and Modulex Signage Suppler in the Gulf region, serving the regional market since 1963.When the Economic crisis strike threatened the ability to complete designing process for new projects in 2010, I was working that time with ADC Consultant so I created a new board for myself for a Business development role to help the organization to go through this hard time, then during my presentations with clients, I've been offered a position with Axon Business systems as a business development executive with architecture support so I took this opportunity to try something new,After achieving high increasing in our sales figures within the first year, I was promoted for a position of Business Development Manager and I accept the challenge Again.•Before my joining, the company was only targeting the contractors for new orders, so I launched a grassroots marketing campaign with the leading consultants that grew sales 150% for next quarter.•For louver museum project our client threatened to refuse our proposal after our bid was twice as much as other companies. I worked with manufacturing to create a more cost-effective plan for them and win the bid (worth $1.5 M /sales)•During my Five years at Axon we grew from $3.5M to $7.5M in sales. I was the first Arab-female employee in the company and built Operations function with consultant’s firms from scratch.

My boss only got to work with me for two weeks before he travel to Canada. I taught myself how to apply the authority regulations within our designs, since I had to learn it anyway, I wrote a manual for myself. Then I started using the manual to teach my co-workers how to apply it in our designs, so we can achieve the approvals faster with our clients and municipality.
