• Perform Independent Quality review activity on transactions as per sampling % and IQR process defined in Quality Oversight Plan• Share feedback with the Operations team for transactions reviewed• Generate quality control reports as per defined frequency• Assist in analyzing data and perform root cause analysis• Identification of training needs in Operations and inform the training team and operations about the same• Track correction of defective cases • Participate in calibration exercises and quality review meetings/discussions• Participate in client and internal audits.• Conduct Quality awareness sessions and initiation / participation in quality related activities• Responsible for the creation, follow up and closure of the AE related queries with the client or relevant department as applicable.
