• Perform the operational functions related to Customer Support & Cash area including cash in & out, • Transfers, drafts issuance, Cheques collection..etc • consolidating both functions at the Tellers counter improving productivity and efficiency thus ensuring higher control and better service level is provided to all customers.• Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips.• Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.• Enter customers' transactions into computers in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.• Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal Reserve Bank.

• Handle the Branch Back Office Operations functions (trade finance, transfers...etc) • Receive applications from customer related to L/Gs, L/Cs, IDCs, money transfer, collection…etc. and ensure that all application data is fulfilled , the required documents are obtained & the needed due diligence has been properly done in addition to delivering documents to customers within the set procedures and regulations. • Perform cross checking for the daily transaction to mitigate any estimated risk as per the SOPS• Prepare required reports on due time and meet target dates for assigned tasks to be delivered back on time• File and carefully maintain Bank data, documents & forms in an efficient and timely manner and according to Bank’s SOPs and manuals.• Implement the SQS standards to maintain the customer satisfaction and attract the beneficiaries.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and colleagues` Bank- wide. • Respond positively and diligently to colleagues` requests within the normal frame of work and contribute to bank strategy and policy-making as required.• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.

Be knowledgeable about all trade finance products, so as to identify customer's need .• Filing and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.• Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.• Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
