Analyze and collect quality-related records from all departments to make sure that all records are done according to good documentation practices to confirm the document's compliance with implementationDevelop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct managerAssist in ISO requirements preparation to ensure document completionMonitor ISO system applications in all branches to maintain company standardsPrepare audit checklists to ensure the efficiency of ISO implementationPut the auditing plan & review the supplier's auditing execution to assure a controlled auditing program is in placeAssure that Quality training needs for each personnelImplement, review and improve the auditing material to have an updated list that resembles the reality

1. Review internal/external non-conformance reports on daily basis and co-ordinate disposition (reject or rework). 2. Compile performance data including monthly internal and external fault analysis reports. 3. Maintain communications with health safety & environment officer and report on safety violations and bad practices. 4. Manage any changes in the system regarding the documentation and oracle system. 5. Check the effectiveness of the internal audits.

1-Development of new products formulas ( Laboratory trials till production trials).2-Improving quality of old products through customer feedback or sales analysis.3-Update technical documentations annually according to relevant standards.4-Working on product brochure, Product master file and art work.

1-Testing Finished goods and raw materials to ensure their compatibility to referenced specifications.2-Validation and challenge tests of new antibacterial materials to develop the formula.3-Environmental monitoring of the facility and production areas and set alarm and action limits according to specifications and results.4-Lecturing blue-collars about the importance of GMP and quality.
