● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates,conducting interviews, and making job offers.● Support employee relations issues within the business and support the line managers to create aculture of employee engagement based upon Chefaa values.● Manage performance management, including tracking performance evaluations andcoordinating feedback sessions between employees and managers.● Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting new hire orientation, processingnew hire paperwork, and coordinating with managers for training and development plans.● Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and ensurecompliance with applicable laws and regulations.● Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Head.
