Manage post on all productions as they progress through our in-house facility.Managing availability and scheduling of all staff and equipment.Processing operator invoices and payments.Liaising between internal departments creative, production, project and account management – and our clients ensuring smooth workflow and delivery of assets to schedule and budgetLiaising with the Head of Post to ensure effective management.Ensure that the operators are filling out time sheets appropriately. Liaising with IT/tech support to ensure that operator issues are communicated and resolved.Have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the Post Production Department.Arranging kick off meets, briefings with creative, preparing budgets, assigning operators, briefing bookings, scheduling client reviews, taking and distributing client / creative feedback & tracking work orders and costs.

Works closely with producers throughout the production process.Involved at the pre-production stage through to post production.Organizing, flexibility, and have a good overview of the productionprocess.Determine the responsibilities throughout the production on a day-to-day basis.Writing coverage on scripts, drafting letters, making phone calls,running an office, interviewing personnel (casting).Coordinating the fundraising process, assisting with duties on and offset.Liaising between the producer and the post production team, and helping to prepare publicity materials.
