• Receiving students with their parents to complete the admission procedures.• Update filing system of database with new students’ records.• Set a daily report about number of accepted students.• Participate in setting schedules with direct manager.• Support the students in any issues related their studies.

• Implement and evaluate the KG Development Plan.• Advise and inform the Head of Academy about staffing and resourcing needs; the deployment of staff; staff training needs; KG procedures and policies; new developments in the KG section.• Have overall responsibility for the efficient administration of the KG in such matters as updating schemes of work; recording pupils’ progress; writing assessments and reports; and other similar duties• Ensure the working environment is pleasant and safe for pupils, and staff and recommend any improvements to the Head of Academy• Have a teaching commitment as appropriate. • Monitor attendance of parents or guardians at parents’ meetings and arrange alternative meetings for parents as necessary. • Construct the KG assembly schedule; • Oversee the organization of the pastoral trips.• ensure that all members of the Key Stage are aware of school policies and guidelines on matters such as homework, assessment, production and use of materials, educational visits.• Ensure that new teachers and teaching assistants are inducted into the work of the academy and are familiar with all policies.• Facilitate educational material for teachers to improve and provide knowledge in fun manner • Review the assessment and reporting systems annually and suggest improvements to the Head of Academy.
