• Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection, monitored the project’s milestones and quality assurance efforts.
• Collaborated with the Physical therapy and rehabilitation department to develop and provide a resource manual on the skills needed to prepare children for school.
• Organized and conducted a workshop titled "School Readiness: An Occupational Perspective".
