Regarding my work experience, I worked as an Executive Assistant to CEO at TransIT. I provide direct assistance to CEO with 6 years in progressive administrative experience in drafting, archiving files, electronic data, responding to emails and other correspondences, taking minutes of GM meeting. Also, I provide organizing travels to the CEO with all details like hotel booking, Agenda and Documents.My role at TransIT "The Technological Arm for The Egyptian Ministry of Transportation" has given me a good knowledge about the Cyber Security system, CCTV system, Radio communication, Access control system, Occupational Safety and Health rolls and coordinating with the technical team to success the firefighting monthly experience.
