1. Recruitment (Mainly responsible for Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, assisted in some high-end positions in Singapore)- According to the company's business strategy, control the recruitment process in the whole cycle, promote the recruitment progress and the completion of key positions- Develop and maintain recruitment channels, independently complete the Mapping List of key positions (such as Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales) and Recruitment Survey, strengthen the company's talent pool2. Staffing- Responsible for employee relations and employee life cycle (Onboard, Offboard, Job transfer etc.)- Handle labor arbitration and employee relationship, protect the company's reputation and corporate interest- Familiar with labor policies of Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong3. Performance- Assist HRD to build the company's OKR performance management system (Year 2021), formulate OKR rules and regulations, daily operation of OKR platform (Ally, renamed Viva now)4. HRMS System- The whole process of HRMS Go live including demand research, analysis and evaluation, implementation, testing, announcement and daily operation (HRMS system BIPO has been officially go live in 2023.06)5. Compensation & Benefit- Assist HRD to prepare annual HR budget (by city)- Cooperate with suppliers to complete daily attendance management, salary calculation, year-end bonus accounting, commission accounting, etc.- Yearly salary survey6. Training and development- Staff orientation according to the company strategic, hold the staff townhall according to the HQ’s requirement- Assist the department to establish employee competency model and carry out targeted training

- Manage internal recruitment job: Post JD, Screening CV, arrange interview time and interview the candidate independently - Attend campus recruitment, interview intern and junior positions - Calculate the staff’s salary and commission, including the Sijin - Management of labor contract, handling new employees' entry and resignation procedures - New comer welcome kits preparation and release - Update HR reports: personnel profile, company directory, daily attendance reports, leave records and OT reports, etc. - Organize and arrange training and internal activities - Organize the annual party of the company - Contact closely with HRO company - Complete other admin stuff assigned by supervisor

- Responsible for the recruitment demand from Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry and other relevant lines - Responsible for the recruitment of the position mainly as Quality Assurance, IT specialists and Supply Chain - Establish resourceful channels to fulfil various recruiting needs of the clients and recommend the suitable candidates to clients - Collect and maintain the information and the company’s system - Prepare the reports and assessment of the candidate for the clients
