I am committed to helping my clients deliver an outstanding customer experience during the contracting cycle. I achieve this by creating simple, balanced agreements that are benchmarked to the market. I develop playbooks that enable and empower sales people to be self-sufficient in negotiating commonly encountered issues. I turn documents quickly so that clients do not lose critical momentum in sales cycles. During negotiations, I employ an "integrative" approach, which invites the other side to come to the table with creative and collaborative solutions to areas of disagreement.I value inclusion and diversity and try to be the best ally that I can be - it is a constant work in progress. One important lesson I learned is that you can't wait until you can be a "perfect" ally because there is no such thing.
