Fed up with the antiquated hiring processes in the production industry, Hebel launched ProductionBeast to help companies quickly find the best freelancers for any project. Successfully grew the company to over 35,000 members and 500+ production companies. Hebel sold the company in 2017 to StudioBinder, a a leading project management SaaS solution for the entertainment industry.

Launched ThreeTwoFive as a premier producer of quality video content serving corporate and brand needs. Developed and produced promotional videos, documentaries, web series, profiles, animation, branded entertainment and commercials for a variety of early stage and mid-market companies.

As a member of the executive team following the sale of Channel M to PlayNetwork, Hebel led the integration of the combined company’s creative production teams. As the leading global provider of creative and customized media solutions for retail, hospitality, health and fitness, banking, and other business environments, PlayNetwork is the industry’s end-to-end services provider for branded music, messaging, video media programs, entertainment media, and systems integration services.

Hebel co-founded, built and was President/COO of Channel M, a full service production digital out-of-home media company that became the leading provider of branded television programming for retail brands such as Nordstrom, Steve Madden, Ecko, Journeys, GameStop, Ashley Furniture, My Gym and Money Mart. Under Eric’s leadership, the company produced award-winning branded content that engaged consumers and increased sales for its clients. Eric and his management team sold the company in 2009 to PlayNetwork, solidifying its standing as an industry powerhouse.

While still in college, Hebel co-founded Genco Advertising, a media company dedicated to helping local businesses increase sales in their surrounding college markets. The company created and distributed the Student Discount Book at universities in Louisiana, Texas and Florida and became the leader in each market. The revenue was 100% generated by selling local advertising, and the business enjoyed a 90%+ renewal rate each semester.
