In conjunction with this, we structured the data team, responsible for handling ETL processes and BI development, leading to the successful calculation and tracking of results.Development of a comprehensive tool to manage routines and track sales executives' performance. This accomplishment allowed us to automate the manage process through the use of BI (QlikSense), resulting in over 12,000 reports per month being automatically generated and distributed via Nprinting. The valuable insights and strategic directions provided in these reports have been instrumental in empowering our sales team.We led the implementation of several strategic projects focused on innovative sales models and channels, such as Solar Energy and Commissioned Sales. Through our efforts, we successfully expanded our market reach and capitalized on emerging opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth for the organization.The initiation of the Excellence Program was a team effort, and it allowed us to meticulously evaluate our Distributors' performance.
