Heber Lopez is a Systems Engineer by Universidad del Valle de México, has worked in several projects related with technology in education, public access to technology and implementation of corporate systems. Since 2003 to 2007 he coordinated for the Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa, the technical operation for the National Program e-Mexico (education sector). From 2007 to 2014 worked in the National Council of Culture and Arts as Technology Director for the National Network of Public Libraries. Since 2014 to 2016 he served as Sales Director of Grupo ITB, in charge of business strategies for private and public sectors. After that directed until June 2017 the consulting service to manage Law Ports contracts in Mexico. In last years Heber has been a Project Director in Sinergia de Negocio Consultores, Senior Trainer in MasPM, Sales Representative in Libranda and CEO of Root Systems and Solutions.In the international field, Heber has participated in different conferences and working groups for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Global Libraries Program, and other organizations such as American Libraries Association, IREX and eIFL, in 2019 directed the implementation of TAX CORE for Secretaria Distrital de Hacienda of Bogota (SAP S/4 HANA).
