•Introduction, development and implementation of new products in Metal Paint area.•Define, budget and acquiere tooling to introduce new products to the paint process.•Budgets for labor, tooling and supplies to new models.•Analize engineering change notice (Implementations, BOMs, routes, deviations)•3D and 2d design of tooling necesary to the paint process (mechanical design).•Weldingshop cordinator, planning, productivity, supplies and equipment maintenance (Supervising 12-15 operators).•Training manufacturing interns.•Implementation and monitoring of Paint area KPI's.•Analysis and solution of safety, quality, productivity and cost problems.
