PerkUp is a rewards based program that "perks" employees with cash and prizes as they improve their personal financial knowledge and make healthy financial decisions.My role as the Director of Marketing Operations is to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, promote efficiencies in the marketing processes, and perform data analysis to track performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.

• Lead marketing by driving internal and external communications, maintaining account relationships, increasing engagement and measuring impact • Identify and pursue new executive opportunities to increase brand awareness and attain new clients • Develop copy and content for blog, website, social media campaigns, and promotional material• Lead on-site kickoffs and promotions educating and engaging personnel about program

• Continuously produce, manage and develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and outreach marketing through social media, website maintenance, email blasts and direct communications• Work with a target demographic to execute innovative events that result in generation of new sales• Coordinate and foster relationships with key vendors – media, digital, print, catering, event rental, etc.• Manage media related promotions including TV and Radio advertisements, sponsorship initiatives and guest bookings for “Winning at Life”

• Represent brands including Bacardi, Fireball, Grey Goose, Buffalo Trace, Jägermeister, Bayou Rum, Bud Light, and more. • Generate excitement and brand awareness while increasing product sales through special events and patron interaction• Educate customers on products, offer samples, and use suggestive selling• Assist in setting up displays, visuals and promotions • Report sales and monitor results by giving recommendations and enhancements to marketing

• Build and foster relationships with key vendors and wholesale companies• Work closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements • Design strategic materials focused on target customers and manage from concept through production • Increase online sales by directing the redesign of the company website and improving the end-user experience
