As a Sr. Network Engineer my primary responsibilities include CUCM, CUPS, CUC, CER, UCCX, Socialminer, Calabrio WFM/AQM, Expressway C & E, Informacast Advanced Paging, WebEx Meetings Server, SRST routers at remote sites, Fax over IP and all audio/video endpoints both IP and analog. I am responsible for performing Unified Communications upgrades, maintenance, monitoring, licensing and SmartNet contracts for all voice routers/servers and research/implementation of new technology. I deployed Cisco Jabber company-wide for Windows, Tablets, Android and iPhones, VPN-less off-premise Jabber, XMPP Federation and URI dialing.
