This experience helped build on my public speaking and analysis skils.

I manage all aspects of my business, from sales tracking to marketing and customer relations. Key responsibilities include:•Sales, Costs, and Profit Tracking: I use Excel to monitor sales, costs, and profits, automating exchange rates for USD and GBP to keep accurate records of international transactions.•Creative Content Creation: I produce engaging ad creatives and social media posts using CapCut, ensuring my marketing materials capture attention and drive engagement.•Customer and Supplier Relations: I build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, fostering trust and ensuring smooth transactions.•Website Management: I have developed and continue to enhance my website, consistently thinking of new ways to improve its appeal and user experience.•Order Processing: I manage orders end-to-end, including fraud checks, handling refunds, and ensuring timely fulfilment.•Product Marketing: I create product photos and videos and introduce automated email campaigns to market my products effectively.•Product Sourcing: I actively search for new products to expand my offerings and keep my business competitive.

• Collaborated with the team to complete overnight orders, often assisting others to ensure timely completion.• Operated a variety of equipment (pump trucks, flatbeds, rails, cages), demonstrating adaptability by using different tools each shift.• Monitored stock levels and communicated shortages or excess to managers for better inventory management.

• Assisted customers in finding items and locating correct sizes, either on the shop floor or in the stock room, using a scanner for inventory checks. Rotated responsibility for the locker room, ensuring security and providing tags for changing rooms. This role improved my communication skills through frequent customer interactions.• Maintained a tidy store floor and assisted customers with inquiries. Enjoyed collaborating with colleagues during the busy Christmas season.
