Represents and coordinates Flight & Integration Test Centre TEYV in order to take FCAS from virtual concept to complex mission by an integrated and harmonized simulation and test logicWithin the CoC, the CIM acts on behalf of the HO CoC (TEYV) for all activities related to the programs under his/her responsibility- Being the source of all the information required by the Domains- Leading the preparation of responses to the work requests of the Chief Engineers- Providing technical coordination among the Domains within the CoC- Following up activities performed by the Domains within the CoC to ensure the achievement of program objectives in terms of time, cost and quality- Monitoring that documentation generated by the CoC is coherent and consistent through the different domains and meets program objectives- Supporting optimization of laboratory, ground and flight test requirements in the program under scope- Leading the OP preparation process within the CoCActing as the Point of Contact of the CoC, under the coordination of the CE, with any other stakeholders of the program- As an extension of the Chief Engineers within the CoC- Defines with the CE the extent of the technical activities to be performed. Represents the CoC in the technical review meetings (as necessary).- Reports the progress of the program and the execution of the budget to the CE. - Supports the CE in all decisions related to the technical perimeter under the responsibility of his/her CoC to facilitate harmonization of technical solutions.- Supports risk management process

Within a big reorganization in the engineering part of AH a new organizational structure has been implemented to support New Ways of Working approach. ETXXS is now representing a Metier (Center of Competency) which is supporting functional units (Squads) with service (EMC, Vibration, Acoustics) or workforce (System test) and is covering also the Flight Test Ground Engineers.In my role as Metier Process Master I continue basically with the activities as in the previous position supporting the department head of ETXXS (local support).I manage the tests concerning EMC, Vibration and Acoustics as a service to the projects.Additionally I am in charge of installation and improvement of new processes and workflows in order to enable New Ways of Working and to optimize our Metier.I am also part of specific Squads in order to define test stragegies, V&V plans and to issue related documents
