The unit owns, sets and executes the strategies for Ericsson’s key units like Enterprise IT and Engineering IT and drives strategic programs like the Profitability+, Digital Transformation and Competence & Resource programs cross Ericsson. The role includes continuous interactions with Executives internally and externally and reports on a regular basis to Ericsson´s CIO.The unit is a fully global organization with subunits in several countries covering disciplines Strategy, Business Excellence, Strategy Execution, Improvement & Performance Management and Process Management.

The unit secures highest value for Ericsson´s Global Units R&D, IT, Supply, Legal, Patent, Test, etc. when using external resources. The role includes continuous interactions with Executives internally and externally and reports to Ericsson´s CPO.The unit is a fully global organization with main subunits in Sweden, San Jose, Bangalore and Beijing covering classical Sourcing disciplines as Category Management, Supplier Management and Project/Program Management as well as Business Intelligence/Analytics and Business Partner disciplines.
