Responsible for the operational supervision and ongoing support of health care delivery at a fast paced, innovative clinic working with a variety of different patients and specialties. Responsibilities include supervision of all primary care teams, enabling services staff, front office and program areas including; front desk, health access and benefits eligibility, and specialty medical referrals. Provide operational supervision to clinical support staff, medical providers and medical assistants. Provide regular supervision and on-going training for front office & enabling services staff; including supervision meetings, evaluations, feedback, support, and coaching. Assure smooth operations and communication between Patient Registration, Billing, Referrals, and back clinic operations.

Responsible for greeting incoming patients, distributing paperwork, entering in pertinent information, including insurance and demographic, and handling the processing of insurance. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, scheduling equipment service and repairs.

Plan and carry out various events for our ten store locations.Develop and manage a Marketing and Advertising budget for all ten locations. Work with Account Representatives from many marketing mediums to create and manage all advertisement.
