As a Budget Manager I'm accountable for various activities to help maintain a smooth budgeting and billing workflow for several of Deutsch's clients. They include Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, California Milk Advisory Board and several other past clients. With collaboration from the Account Management teams, Media Planning and the Director of Client Budget Management, I'm responsible for tracking monthly client budgets. To achieve this I regularly update (and at times create) budget documents and/or accrual sheets for our clients. These are reviewed internally with the Account teams before reviewing with our clients each month.While tracking budgets throughout the month, I also facilitate the billing for our clients. Working with the various agency teams, I monitor the daily progress of our projects and jobs and ensure they are billed, closed and paid by our clients in a timely manner. This involves responding to and staying on top of daily issues that can and do arise. Also involved with tracking budgets for our in-house production studio.

As the Budget Coordinator I was responsible for managing a two person billing team consisting of a client biller and client supervisor. Under my direction, we successfully invoiced various clients such as Pioneer, Pennzoil, Shell, Activision, Hillshire Farms, Jimmy Dean, Ballpark Franks, Sara Lee and P&G. I worked directly with clients and account management to efficiently track production spending as well as forecast future production spending to help optimize budgets. I prepared monthly billing forecast/recaps for our clients, audited and approved expense reports, followed up on the A/R, and assisted the Controller with additional billing tasks.Was also responsible for internally auditing my teams client billings and processes as well as managing their time sheets, calendars and PTO requests.

Closely worked and supervised the client biller to ensure timely invoicing of TBWA\CHIAT\DAY's clients. Reviewed, audited, processed and generated billing invoices created by client biller. Assisted the budget manager with reporting and provided up to date analysis of all billing completed. Worked to resolve discrepancies with production/media vendors and coordinated with accounts payable to ensure their payments were released.

Worked with the budget management team to regularly and timely invoice clients for production and media work done by TBWA\Chiat\Day. Closely monitor production/media jobs for accuracy and/or any discrepancies. In addition to billing clients also heavily involved in processing vendor production invoices and media vendor invoices using the DTOL system. Ensuring vendors get payments on time.

Offered and opened new accounts for customers such as Checking, Saving, CD's, IRA's, and Money Market accounts. Helped customers to apply and submit Mortgage loans, Line of Credit loans and personal loans.
