- Develop detailed plans and schedules for structural construction activities, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.- Direct and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.- Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize waste, while staying within budgetary constraints.- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that structural elements meet design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.- Identify and address challenges and obstacles in real-time, proactively resolving issues to prevent delays and mitigate risks to project success.

- Coordinate with other construction disciplines, such as architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams, to ensure seamless integration of structural components with overall project requirements.- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions to mitigate hazards and prevent accidents.- Monitor project costs and expenditures related to structural construction activities, identifying opportunities for cost savings and managing change orders effectively to control project expenses.- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings, to support project tracking, reporting, and future reference.- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to structural construction activities, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.

- Strong comprehension of plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings- Plan and supervise field activities including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.- Oversee, manage and mentor the next generation of field leadership.- Effectively coordinate subcontractors sequencing and performance.- Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to the project schedule- Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required- Monitor field compliance with project safety program requirements; ensure corrective measures are implemented in coordination with Tellepsen’s award winning safety department.- Maintain liaison with other departments (Quality, Equipment, Safety, etc.) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support field activities and project schedule.- Ability to complete field related digital paperwork in timely and complete manner- Adhere to SWPPP requirements- Ability to escalate issues in a timely manner- Perform timely and accurately project close out procedures (As-Builts, Punchlist, etc.)
