Logistics strategies to improve cost , flexibility, transit times.Spanish/English speaker with international work experience for 25 years and plus in the SCM and Procurement area. Extensive multidisciplinary and multilevel team working. Experience managing customer service, Planning, Logistics, procurement and inventory management. Adaptable to stress situations working in solutions to solve issues.Prospecting for new clients, quotes for manufacturing services and repairs.

Reception and Analysis of Forecast and Hard Orders from the customer following the Forecast Aceptance Process (FAP III) in a High Mix-Low Volume Environment. Production Planning, Follow up on obsolete material and Engineering changes (ECR/ECO).Coordinate and Supervise the Material Planning with the MRP for the on time supply of the material for the assemblies. Responsible to provide shipping instructions for Finish Goods. Generate and analyze different control reports for the Manufacturing and Materials Management. Expediting through SCM direct material to cover future shortages , Follow up on obsolete material and Engineering changes (ECN/ECO). Coordinate and Supervise the Material Planning with the MRP for the on time supply of the material for the assemblies. Generate and analyze different control reports for the Manufacturing and Materials Management officers as Demand vs Supply Analysis, Simulations, Customer Liabilities. Responsible of the transference of US-Robotics project from NatSteel Electronics to Solectron de Mexico working in the Solectron Facility during 7 months.
