I am assuming a new responsibility leading the RPA Automation Operations group.Our group is responsible for managing, monitoring and supporting the daily operations of the automated processes developed in our RPA solution. At the same time, we are responsible for managing and supporting the infrastructure related to our RPA processes as well as the RPA cloud platform that we currently work with.We lead the partnership with the different technological groups of the company to build robust and reliable solutions that deliver value to our different business units.

As part of a new development opportunity, I was offered to take the position of Infrastructure Architect for the Robot Process Automation group.My responsibilities are, provide a platform aligned with IT that integrates all technical aspects of the Blue Prism infrastructure with existing architectures, including networks, virtual environments, and security frameworks.

After a restructuring period in the IT area I acquired the responsibility as an architect and coordinator of the group of architects for regional infrastructure projects in BATO-LA, coordinating activities for the implementation of System Center Configuration Manager in Latin America, the renewal of infrastructure of the different virtualization platforms based on VMWare, Active Directory migration to our global corporate domain services, different corporate systems centralization in our USA datacenter, among others.

During this stage my functions went from being local to a regional IT team member for Latin America. I was collaborating as coordinator of the regional Sysadmin group in terms of daily operations and in the execution of some regional infrastructure projects. During this time, I had the opportunity to collaborate on different important projects for the region, such as the migration of mail services from Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Office 365 cloud services, the consolidation of Active Directory domains throughout the region in a unified domain for Bridgestone LA.

During this first stage in my work history in Bridgestone, I had the opportunity to develop myself as a support engineer and as the coordinator for the local technical support group at our Cuernavaca production plant and the corporate offices in Mexico City. The main activities to be developed during this stage were the technical support for desktop users and to the workstations and production systems of the plant. Later I had the opportunity, due to the growth of network services and systems within the company, to develop activities as a system administrator, managing in this opportunity domain services based on Windows NT 4.0, email services based on Exchange 5.5, as well as file servers and printing services. Two important projects in which I participated within this period were the migration of the Windows NT 4.0 based domain to the 2003 version of Active Directory and the migration of the Exchange 5.5 email services to Exchange 2003.I participated during this time in the implementation of our Incident Management process, Change Request process and User Requests in order to fulfill audit requirements. This controls used to be manual using printed documentation and were the basis for the development of what we have now with Remedy.
