Welcome everyone! My name is Hector Cabrera, and I've decided to pursue a career in Data Analytics! This year, I've made it my mission to jump-start my career in data analytics. I have completed a variety of certificates, including the Google Data Analytics program, where I learned how to use Tableau to help visualize datasets, clean data using R language and use pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze data. Afterward, I realized completing this certificate was not enough, so I decided to pursue other certificates and job simulations to help better prepare myself for the world of data analytics, such as learning Python and Microsoft Power BI. I have also completed a few projects showcasing my skills using different tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc). Currently, I am trying to land my first position. I am also open to tips and advice on anything I could be doing to make myself noticeable.
