Define the goals and objectives, structure and resources of the FM Regional operations including facilities maintenance and repair, housekeeping and grounds, energy management, and facility support services.Plan and direct the administrative and operational activities for Regional FM activities with budget, operations, maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities for all manufacturing and non-manufacturing facilities within the region.Develop Regional FM as a source of leadership and direction, such that the facilities enable the PBUs and Engineering Centers to expand their vision and enhance core business focus.Plan and manage the FM Regional capital budget as they related to Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing facility and infrastructure.Develop FM Regional staff’s management and administrative capacities, standards and practices to plan and budget their operations and measure and report on their efficiency, effectiveness, and continual improvement.Maintain 24 hours, 7 Day emergency facilities response plan.Monitor performance and direct continual improvement plans.Develop standards for outsourcing and supplier development.Identify technology requirements for all FM Regional Operations.Develop standards for training and utilization of database management system capabilities.

Develop and implement a quality system for the Operations Support Group (OSG), Mexico Region. Facility Management activities consisting of standards, process descriptions and flows, guidelines, procedures, templates and training.Coordinate the key activities, roles and responsibilities of the area managers under my span of control.Support the development of site-specific Facility Operating Plans (FOP) that satisfies the requirements of the quality system by providing the necessary structure, content organization, access and templates.Develop and implement the necessary shared information systems, data and document management required to satisfy the requirements of the quality system.Establish and implement the standards, guidelines, procedures, templates, scorecards, performance audits, corrective actions and training required to support a lean, problem solving / continuous improvement culture.Develop and implement a process to document and communicate best practices and lessons learned across the OSG FM organizations.Train the Facilities Management employees on the concepts of Lean Manufacturing and its application to facilities management.Provides advice and support on issues of process and quality to the area managersFacilitates the group meetings and strategic meetings with their operational managers AreaFacilitates strategic and operational planning process for OSG Mexico.
