• Provide collaborative resolutions to complex situations within the facility / utility areas.• Perform and follow-up on walkthroughs of facility / utility areas documenting observations.• Perform and document timely review of logbooks such as utility monitoring, facility cleaning, pest control, etc..• Review and approve SOP’s and Work Instructions for operation and maintenance of utility and facility systems.• Provide QA review of Maximo work orders initiated for Direct Impact Systems prior to work commencing and after work completion.• Primary QA point of contact for planned or unplanned shutdown / return to service activities for equipment, facility, and utilities.• Review and approve discrepancy reporting, investigations and CAPA’s associated with facility and utility systems.• Primary QA point of contact for facility cleaning and pest control.• Primary QA point of contact for facility capitol projects.
