Charged with leading and supporting programs at all phases of development, as well achieving product excellence and affordability through development and deployment of world-class processes and methodologies and superior project management support.

Managed development of a Power Liftgate Controller for startup enterprise. Successfully managed complex development environment: product development subcontract in France, the customer (Delphi) and its customer (Ford) both in Michigan, and manufacturing plant in Alabama. Defined and documented Engineering processes aligned to our customer’s own processes, and created, executed and controlled the program plan. Exposed to Ford’s Six Sigma program as second tier supplier.

▪ Global Process Development (International). GM Pre-production Operations. Member A.T. Kearney Inc. lead international GM Team targeting the commonization and streamlining of vehicle prototype development processes across all GM centers (US, Germany, Australia and Brazil), with methodology combining elements of Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices. Project successfully completed its mission.▪ Product Development Process Consolidation. GM Powertrain Controllers Development Group. Documented, analyzed, and streamlined product development processes. Defined Primavera based program planning and control tools that supported these processes. Formulated a phased approach to implementation of these tools.
