Working alongside the head of the Iberia region, managing and developing a portfolio of 120+ clients (Spain, Portugal, and Andorra as well as Greece), real-money accounts - pension funds, asset managers, insurers and private banks. Cross-selling Tradeweb's Fixed Income (Govies, Corporates, SSA, Covered Bonds), Derivatives (IRS, EQD and CDS) and ETF products

• Support buy and sell side clients with general platform / product queries.• Support internal teams in getting clients connected, delivering initial user training (client and dealer).• Work directly with Regional / Specialist Sales Teams to onboard new clients, including training and the timely completion of relevant legal processes and documentation• Liaise with international trading desks and settlement departments to ensure complete trade settlement.• Ensure the system is prepared for daily trading and monitoring for potential problems throughout the day• Carry out daily administrative tasks including ownership and input of new security data and the creation of new logins• Work directly with the Markets Support and Product Management teams on Dealer and Product Implementations

Serve as Front of House team developing strong client and vendor relationships. Provide support to Office Manager and Digital Project teams ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.Management and production of large scale events (150-200 attendees.) like the Global Digital Conference where all members of the group executive assist as well as representatives from Aviva from all over the world. Originally started role in this large internet advertising company as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, but was later promoted to Content/Social Media Manager editing user generated content and creating new content for online publication. Arranged advertising strategies as well as managed events in different European cities. EA role included travel management as well as accompanying CEO on trips to assist with meetings and customer orders. Managed customer databases, set up new clients, raised customer invoices and handled reconciliation of accounts.
