Working closely with cross-functional departments including services such as Environmental Impact Assessment, Health & Safety, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Compliance, Verification and Information Solutions. Reporting directly to Senior Leadership on the progress of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.• Created and executed an account plan focused on double digit sales growth, based on the client strategy, expressed and expected needs. The plan includes continuous introduction of new services into various geographies and divisions of the organization.• Managed an account with healthy revenue, sales, days standings and profit metrics.• Established and implemented deal pricing, Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, annual price increases, vendor contracts.• Built a highly motivated & cohesive team of more than 50 consultants - enhanced their staff skills, while increasing productivity and morale.

ERM Information SolutionsDeveloped the strategy and lead the client deployment of multiple IT solutions from commercially available off-the-shelf environmental software systems to custom developed applications, consistently meeting the client needs and adding value through the transformation of data into actionable knowledge.• Created the technology framework of a program that transformed the approach for National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) Compliance for one of the largest carriers in the United States. The solution has enabled a process with more than 20,000 sites, to date; providing visibility into Key performance Indicators like timelines, accuracy and responsiveness, driving continuous improvement. Information managed by this solution has been used to successfully lobby regulatory relief with Federal Agencies.• Designed and developed the foundation for the global migration of an outdated Greenhouse Gas (GHG) management system to a configured and customized state-of-the-art system for a key Fortune 100 client, achieving accuracy in calculations of 99.9%. This project involved more than 30 business units around the world, harmonizing their calculation methodologies and improving reporting with higher consistency and clarity.• Implemented a Management of Change (MOC) solution for the Canadian operations of a multinational Oil & Gas Company. Through this solution, processes were standardized and tracked to increase operational risk management in the field.• Developed an IT Strategy for an Oil & Gas Company in Latin America to transform their EH&S Processes. The solutions included Air and GHG emission calculations, Environmental Compliance, Water and Waste Management. The implemented solutions resulted in automation of processes and increased productivity in the EH&S Department for the client. This solution was used for Upstream, Midstream and Downstream operations across multiple geographies.
