- Leading, planning and managing credit risk for the transportation, industrial, consumer and healthcare portfolio of the Southern Cone and Central American/Caribbean countries through the identification, analysis, and monitoring of potential risks. Also, ensuring compliance with corporate credit policies, cross-border and local regulatory policies.-Acting as strategic business partner and establishing best practices for risk management: approval, implementation, communication, monitoring, limitation and risk analysis, ensuring compliance with policies and developing a culture of risk management that promotes proper analysis, judgment, flexibility, and balance between risk and revenue.-Coordinate and evaluate with the members of the team transactions proposed by the business, track transaction, and market evolution, evaluate sensitive collateral positions, anticipate credit and client trends and issues and actively manage inherent portfolio risks through risk mitigation techniques.- Provide advice on risk-related matters to business or support units during internal audits, external audits and inspections of regulators for the whole franchise, as well assist to the FCR (Fundamental Credit Review) reviewers during their assessment to the Southern Cone or the Central American/Caribbean countries.- Supervise, direct and evaluate members of the portfolio unit.

- Short Term Assignment.-Lead the relationship of Corporate clients across all the different products offered in Uruguay including CMO, Derivatives, Cash Management and Trade.-Assist product partners with the origination, structuring and execution of transactions and financings.-Evaluate public filings, research reports, operations, business plans and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses.-Evaluate the credit worthiness of clients and actively manage and oversee the preparation of credit approval proposals.Build credibility and establish trust with clients by identifying client needs and proactively providing strategic solutions spanning the full range of Citi’s product platform.-Work with product partners to provide a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions including cash management, trade, vendor finance, FX, general credit, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives.

Agribusiness Division - Argentina Hub. Sr Analyst covering LATAM countries.-Maintain and manage a portfolio of accounts (Sugar and Ethanol, Grain Originator, Trading and Crushing, Oil Palm Processors/Producers, Meat Packing Industry, Fertilizers) and perform credit analysis on an annual and quarterly basis and execute transactions.-Manage special projects / target market expansion green light memoranda / senior management requests. This includes stress testing, periodic business reviews, fundamental credit review, etc.-Work with Portfolio Manager on specific projects, including portfolio reviews, updating of credit processes within the portfolio, risk rating policy, presentations to senior management, etc.-Provide recommendations about specific clients within the portfolio and provide monitoring of all extensions of credit for these names.
