Make decision about manufacturing processes and tooling; costings and cost optimization; provisional schedules and closely track progress in real-time. - Monitor manufacturing of parts in different factories. - Follow the reception and inspection of parts at Airbus; the assembly on the prototype and testing. - Ensure compliance with rigorous aeronautical standards throughout all phases of the project𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 & 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 (W&B) of the ‘DisruptiveLab’ helicopter prototype. - Monitor the W&B, and the design/stress actions accordingly. - Collaborate with every domains managers and stakeholders to optimize the W&B and monitor the evolution, ensuring efficient coordination and communication. - Design, manufacture, and prepare the ballasts used in the test flights to test and validate the numerous helicopter’s configurations. - Predict W&B of the definitive helicopter, considering all estimated possible modifications.
