The Business Development department is responsible for the Mercedes me Charge digital charging service, which gives Mercedes customers access to the public charging infrastructure in the markets of Europe, America and Asia. The team acts as an interface between internal vehicle and software development, marketing/sales, communication, quality, legal and international external partners. We are a highly motivated team that is helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow through a lot of dynamism, creative approaches and agile methods. We are also working on international product solutions (such as green charging) for our customers as part of the "Ambition 2039" sustainability strategy.- Collaboration in the development of a new digital charging feature by coordinating a customer study as well as preparation and execution of cross-functional workshops for the elaboration of a corresponding customer journey- Support in the management of cooperations and participations with the help of data analyses in the field of charging- Improvement of the Mercedes Me Charge customer support workflows by structuring and updating the knowledge database content- Creation of a management KPI board to control a new offer logic for Mercedes Me Charge- Collaboration in the development of presentations for meetings with external and international cooperation partners as well as internal stakeholders
