With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing process development and npi engineer, My mission is to lead the engineering team in technical and professional knowledge in the areas of processes, manufacturing, design and and NPI, through mentoring, coaching and empowerment for its successful implementation at a technical and professional level.In my current company, I am the client facilitator for planning, engineering, quality, logistics and production performance for different customers. I am also responsible for development and coaching of new generation engineers, supporting companies KPI's, product and process changes, and providing technical assistance to locate and resolve issues affecting financing, raw material performance, material flow, capacity, quality and safety compliance. My goal is to continually improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction, applying my experience in robotics, automation and ASQ certifications. Additionally, I have a master's degree in robotics, a Black Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing, which support my training and competence in the field of engineering. I am passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and constant learning, and I seek to provide value and solutions to industry challenges and opportunities.
