My responsibilities include• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies on five different companies o Vendo de México, Querétaro, o Repare, México City, o Visibilidad, Monterrey, o Plásticos técnicos Mexicanos, Querétaro ando Friomix on Cali Colombia. • Train, coach and counsel Green Belts and Black Belts in statistical techniques for process improvements, and strategic application of Six-Sigma tools. Select and strategically deployed Black Belts.• Tutor 55 Lean-Six Sigma Projects on three different training waves. • Assist in developing Six Sigma Balanced Scorecard for main Metrics and specific CTQ’s.• Design and implement Training programs and materials for future Green and Black Belts with special emphasis on Metrics for customer satisfaction.• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply Lean-Six Sigma methodologies in the everyday Process in support of planned business growth. • Coach/mentor 115 Green Belts and 23 Black Belts in statistical techniques, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for process design, control and improvement.• Analyze transaction/service processes to identify Lean-Six Sigma improvements for customer service.• Advice the company manager when decisions about different solutions are analyzed and the best is going to be taken.• Suggest to the customer about the convenient philosophies to be implemented depending on the company performance.• Coordinate the training events.• Visit the customer in order to evaluate performance.• Make sure that proposed changes to improve process happens on the planned time for customer benefit.
