Team Leader of BIW simultaneous Engineering & Process.Lead & developer of BIW process flow, line layout for the Gamma Aluminum-Steel Vehicle @ Hanford CALead & Developer of Gamma RFQ for VendorsDevelop & Train new hires into the Aluminum-Steel joining process (SPR, FFS, RIVTAC, CMT, Tox, resistance Spot-Weld, Al Friction Stir Welding)Developer of Manufacturing procedures, standards & equipment.

Senior Project Engineer 2014-2015• Process Lead Engineer on BIW area (Body Sides & Framer) Responsible to develop the GD&T & process for Model "X" program.• Responsible of tool follow up CAD design and buy off with vendor assuring the tools follow the GD&T and process strategy to have a successful launch strategy for BIW tools.• Lead Engineer for body sides, dimensional accuracy on Tesla Model "X" reaching 85% accuracy on our first BIW.• Mentor of a team of 03 Manufacturing Engineers in order to train them on GD&T, dimensional accuracy, tool buy off & tool and equipment installation.• Lead of implementation of new welding technologies on BIW area as: Laser process weld, Arplas process, Laser radar measurement systems.Senior Project Engineer 2013-2014• Project management leading a team of 03 Engineers to introduce the new rear node program on Model “S” on current body shop lines. • Program management leading a team of 02 Engineers to introduce the Dual Motor program P85 on current body shop lines with minimal impact in production.• Responsible to follow up tool design changes on FUB, CUB & ML in order to minimize the impact on current tools and process to introduce the DM program.• Responsible to lead the coordination meetings with operation and maintenance to explain the impact on current tools for the introduction of DM program.• Process Layout equipment procurement for new Dual Motor program welding jigs. • Supporting the internal body shop process interview for new Engineering team members.• Leader on developing tooling design suppliers for our BIW shop. To meet aggressive targets.• Responsible to negotiate with tooling design suppliers in order to get the best quote for small projects.

• Supervised contract engineering resource’s schedule and tool implementation for Tesla Motors, Inc. Model “S” Launch.• Developed & Implement engineering solutions to improve machine cycle time and throughput on body sides & Wheel house lines.• Communicated design issues with design group for investigation and final resolution.• Develop of local tool maker suppliers for tool improvements during Model “S” program launch.• Develop and implementation of temporarily process for earlier prototype product changes on Model “S”.• Implementation and launch of the new body sides & wheel house lines for Tesla Model “S” • Responsible for the dimensional accuracy of the Tesla Model “S” body sides line.

Responsible to lead the overall tool design & installation for the Aveo program, Hatchback and Notch back version a project of $20M us.
