Responsible for the Lean Management System Methodology of Brose in Mexico as Lean Management Consultant.Working together with the Leaders, Managers and Directors of the Central Functions, Customer Teams and Business Divisions and their teams within the region, in transformation loops of 10-12 weeks (3-4 periods per year) split into 3 phases: Diagnostic Phase - Analysis of the department/team rigidity, variability and processes to find particular pain points, points and wasteful/incidental activities.Design Phase - Proposal of Ideas and Initiatives to decrease non value added activities, optimize and automatize value adding activities, and sharing Best Practices, Lessons Learned from other Department/Business Divisions.Implementation Phase - Creation of a tracking document (Tactical Implementation Plan) for all these Initiatives with their respective robust Business Case and Cost Benefit Analysis to estimate impact and determine champions, dead lines and foreseen roadblocks. With all these lean tools we preached and drive the increase of 20% in work efficiency within the transformed teams and continuously touching base within 12 month period (Sustainability Phase)

Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting production line consolidations (End of Series Production) to make room for the arrival of new projects (New procured production lines for several products). Proficient in training Industrial Engineers in the IE Methodologies and the Brose "IE Academy", developing strategies to speed up the learning curve of the new IEs and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), meticulously controlling documentation to ensure adherence to standards and customer requirements including PFMEA vs CP, Work Instructions (Operations at Production Stations), Process Flow Diagrams, Engineering Change Management, SAP Routings, Bill of Materials, Layouts and more.Supporting and Coaching MTMs for Brose MexicoLed Rate Routings within all the Business Units, reviewing the Bottle Necks of each Line to assure the correct operational methods and the timing according the MTMs.

Working at the Cooling Fan Motors (CFM) Business Area. In charge of the Series of the PQ35 Platform production (Motor and Armature Lines) and assuring its correct EOP (End Of Production) in 2017, also responsible of the BBL1 Motor and Stator Lines (substituting PQ35 Lines). Leading KPI’s improvements such as Line Availability increase and Scrap reduction using Problem Solving and Six Sigma Methodologies. In the BBL1+ Project currently in series, scrap went from 5.4% to less than 0.54% in 9 months, an OEE increase in 1 year and a half, from 31% to 84.7%. Leader of the CFM Engineering Change Management: GECOS (Global Engineering Changes Of Systems), Bottle Neck reduction through several analysis and implementations such as Layout Optimization, SMED Implementations, Te and Tm reduction (Employees Time and Machine Time), Line Balancing and Automation, Rate & Routings Strategy that helped to reduce 2 line operators in BBL1+.CFM Global Lessons Learned workshop Leader, Methods-Time and measurements Analysis (MTM )Plant Coordinator, KISTLER Servopress and Needle Winding Technology Plant KeyUser.Leading the new CFM project "BBL1 Amun" and "BBL2" for Brose Mexico, both for Electrical Motor Production. Working on a Continuous Improvement project at the HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Business Unit in one production line as part of the second phase of the Bicultural Outreach Industrial Program of CONCYTEQ (2nd phase of Scholarship). Leading a small and very hard working team of 3 persons, with the objective of designing, manufacturing, testing and releasing the new toolings, parameters and process sequences, in order to refurbish one line to run a new MQB Platform Armature and therefore to get rid of the "SASSI" Machine: An Old Dial Table that performed several processes but at that point did not work anymore.Weekly Presentations in English were made to present status of the project to the Plant Director, Operations Manager, Business Unit Leader, and the CONCYTEQ Committee until the end of the successful project.
