Responsible for the Lean Management System Methodology of Brose in Mexico as Lean Management Consultant.Working together with the Leaders, Managers and Directors of the Central Functions, Customer Teams and Business Divisions and their teams within the region, in transformation loops of 10-12 weeks (3-4 periods per year) split into 3 phases: Diagnostic Phase - Analysis of the department/team rigidity, variability and processes to find particular pain points, points and wasteful/incidental activities.Design Phase - Proposal of Ideas and Initiatives to decrease non value added activities, optimize and automatize value adding activities, and sharing Best Practices, Lessons Learned from other Department/Business Divisions.Implementation Phase - Creation of a tracking document (Tactical Implementation Plan) for all these Initiatives with their respective robust Business Case and Cost Benefit Analysis to estimate impact and determine champions, dead lines and foreseen roadblocks.
