Its tax and advisory services are further divided into various service groups.In October 2016 I joined KPMG Tax Practice in the Dallas office as Tax Compliance Center Team Leader with the following responsibilities:• Manage workflow, including receipt, distribution, and coordination of tax compliance administrative tasks• Act as team leader and performance manager for tax compliance administrative staff• Create/Update technical documents in Word and create PowerPoint presentations• Update databases and analyze reports to perform routine maintenance • Troubleshoot issues involving the tax compliance administrative process/procedure• Correspond with taxpayers and various levels of internal staff for follow-up on missing information• Supervise tax compliance administrative submission and review

EY is a multi-national professional services firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is one of the “Big Four” audit firms and is the third largest professional services firm in the world. In my managerial leadership role at EY, I delivered Knowledge Help multi-channel support (telephone, email, live chat, web requests, internal social media and in person) coaching and advice service that is a key component of the assisted self-service knowledge model strategy for EY. I was an integral part of a global team responsible to oversee and manage the Americas based/virtual multi-language hub team (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) of Knowledge Help Advisors who assist end users and product managers on the resources best suited to meet a knowledge need, along with coaching people on how to use these resources effectively.

IBM manufactures and markets computer hardware, software, middleware and software, and offers infrastructure, hosting and consulting services in areas ranging from mainframe computers to nanotechnology. In my managerial role with IBM, I lead several teams of 25-30 Tele-Services Professionals by managing their performance, contribution, skills and career development to contribute positively to the center’s vision and mission. I encouraged creativity, set the stage for a learning environment, enhanced productivity and exceled at building a high-performance culture with a high degree of employee morale and team commitment while maintaining thorough working knowledge of center’s operations, strategies, initiatives and customer values, thereby, aligning these with teams’ objectives and contributions.
