• Conduct pre-compliance EMI/EMC on Honda and Acura Platforms per ECE R10, JASO, GB14023 and ISO Standards.• NVH testing (muller PAK system) • Pro efficient skills on monitoring using tools as Vector CANalyzer, Vector CANoe, Vector CANapi. Vector studio.• Analyze CAN bus arbitration and Bus traffic using tools as CANdam. • Perform maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.• Write reports and record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment specification. • Assemble electrical prototypes system using hand tools and measuring instruments.• Build, calibrate, repair electrical instruments and testing equipment.• Inspect electrical project work for quality control and assurance.• Identify solutions to on-site technical design problems involving electrical systems equipment.• Operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions.• Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies and systems to correct functional deviations.• Build and test electrical components of electric-drive vehicles or prototype vehicles.

• Development of programs for PLC Allen Bradley and Siemens.• Installation and validation of new assembly lines for OEM products.• Design of assembly fixtures and POKA-YOKE.• Perform quality check on manufactured product such as comparison of electrical signal and performance in accordance with certified master sample.• Organize schedules for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.• Development and implementation of new assembly method focused on cost reduction.• Management task as a PDCA, FMEA, PCD and other Quality Tools.
