Basis Administration Role:Performed multiple full lifecycle implementation as well as technical upgrades. Provide SAP Basis administration support, in the area of performance monitoring and tuning, problem analysis and resolution, and other activities required to maintain system integrity and maximize uptime. Manage SAP client copies, imports/exports transports as needed; mitigate and documented the issues. Upgrade Kernel and apply legal change packs (LCP’s).Security Administrator Role: User administration, creation and provisioning. Administration, creation and assignment of job, single and composite authorization roles, profiles, authorization objects, user groups, user defaults and parameters. Functional Analyst Role:Analyze new business needs and determines the availability of existing software or the need to obtain new software to address the needs within their functional area requirements. Understand current business processes, hold workshops with business owners to identify gaps and requirements. Prepare functional specification documents, test and deliver the innovation, change and/or solution to the business.Trainer/Facilitator Role:Own integrated End-User training strategy. Support development and reviews of detailed training catalogues delivery mechanism, tools, development, delivery plans, scheduling and management processes. As well as confirmation of training resource requirements including functional consultants, trainers, administrative staff, infrastructure (equipment and software), and venues. Organize, manage training logistics, scheduling for attendees and trainers. Produce training materials and/or manuals. Coordinate collation and assessment of training feedback as well as schedule additional and/or remedial training.
