He specialized in inventing, designing and manufacturing high end, eco-conscious, custom handcrafted wall covering The company distributed his designs through an international sales team of independent sales representatives, design showrooms and top interior designers around the world. He oversaw all aspects of the business and was most passionate about design, sales, and marketing for this company. With passion, management experience, and natural confidence, Hector Romero accepted the President position of a struggling high end, designer furnishings manufacturing company. Products manufactured in a 30,000.00 sq. ft. facility with a staff of 75 including, factory artisans, office, marketing, and sales team. Tirelessly and with the support of the staff, Hector used his diverse motivational and communication skills to effectively reverse directions of this company; all while organizing and cutting waste to improve the bottom line. Hector could be seen with his sleeves rolled in the factory and in the same day meet with exclusive clients or conduct a management meeting.Hector was also involved with independent sister companies, including a high-end interior design and a property development firm.
