I am an ESOL Paraprofessional. I assist teachers with their students and students with learning disabilities.

I'm currently working in customer service at Publix. My responsibility are to put customers first. Give every customer premier service. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of store policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges. Worked as a team member performing cashier duties, product assistance and cleaning. Processed and issued money order for customers.

Providing customers with excellent customer service by bagging their groceries, providing carry out service, and helping them with anything they need. I am in charge of training new employees on how to provide excellent customer service, and all the duties of a front desk service clerk .

This was an FIU internship. I helped assisted the Program Supervisor with setting up the fields for the activities they had planned for the children. Assisted the volunteer coaches with the children.

As a dispatcher my main duty was to communicate with drivers and sales agents in order to provide an effective and fast service for customers wanting to transport their vehicles. My work day included multiple duties that I had to conduct in a fast paced and effective manner. I answered calls from truck drivers wanting to pickup vehicles. During every call I had to make sure I provided the correct information to the drivers and also that I took down all the information from the drivers. I also answered calls from sales agents who were providing me with information regarding routes, pricing , vehicle make, and customer information. I needed to quickly act upon this information provided by the agents and find drivers in order to dispatch vehicle. Some of the skills needed to conduct this job were; typing 55 wpm, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, listening skills, problem solving, customer service, and multi tasking.
