● Obtain a fundamental understanding of property tax and property tax software.● Analyze and process large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel and property tax system. ● Communicate with jurisdictions around the country to resolve discrepancies. ● File and quality reviewed approximately 14,000 business personal property tax returns.

● Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. ● Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box, wires and local deposits. ● Monitor overdue accounts, receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.● Manage employee expense reports through SAP Concur.
