(Payroll, people development, corrective actions, conflicts management)- KPI Monitoring (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost)

- 5 ares of responsability (Screen Printer, AOI, Reflow Profilers, Rework Stations, QC Inspectors and auditors.)- Supervisor activities (Pay Roll, KPI monitoring, people development, etc.)- Kaizen activities.
