In 2021, I left the largest investment sales real estate company in the country to start my own company and assist customers in buying and selling apartment communities. While at the large apartment firms, I came to realize the lack of experienced apartment commercial real estate brokers in the segment.It got worse in smaller towns outside of Indianapolis and throughout Indiana.
