Current• Managed the supply planning for $500MM drug portfolio, taking demand forecast and executing supply plan with Teva Internal and 3rd Party Manufacturers to ensure optimal inventory level, while striving for 100% OTIF•Participate in monthly development of the S&OP for 3rd party vendors that supports defined customer service and inventory metrics •Liaise within the US supply planning team to coordinate bulk deliveries from internal and external supply sites for 3rd party packaging to support customer service and inventory metrics•Support the Global and Regional S&OP process through relevant metric reporting and summary of risks, opportunities, & key supply decisions •Accountable for supply chain metrics: CSL/OTIF, Inventory, Restricted/QA stock, Backorder, Open PO’s, Short-Date/write-off•Participate in the development of the supply planning strategy and implement relevant elements within 3rd Party Operations Supply Chain•Partner with the Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) to support contracting, performance management, and the ongoing relationship with 3rd Party partners•Actively participate in new product introduction, bids/tenders, and product transfer teams to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated and executed in support of the project timelines•Develop a balanced S&OP supply chain plan for assigned portfolio of products in creation of SAP based 24 month rolling supply plan, including Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).•Make all material management decisions based on MRP/SNP data•Monitor MRP health metrics to ensure accuracy of planning book•Drives long-term supply chain strategy development and implementation across 3rd Party Operations (TPO) in alignment with Teva Global Operations (TGO), business, and functional strategy goals•Monitor Inventory, Short-Date and Backorder/OOS and develop risk mitigation plans via cross-functional collaboration for solutions•Lead special projects, initiatives and analytical analysis as required
