CurrentAs principal field clinical engineer at Saluda, I provide strategic leadership and mentorship to elevate the performance and efficiency of the Field Clinical Engineer (FCE) team, focusing on delivering advanced clinical support and technical expertise for cutting-edge medical therapies, particularly in the areas of neurostimulation and closed-loop spinal cord stimulation (SCS). My role encompasses overseeing clinical research initiatives, educational programs, team training, and development, as well as sales enablement processes. • Achieved significant cultural transformation and stability in a dynamic role by implementing the mentorship FCE huddle, designed to foster mentorship, enhance team cohesion, and support professional growth, resulting in a healthier and more stable work environment. • Pioneered the Looped In Calls program, an ongoing, monthly series elevating the US fields overall clinical acumen, achieving 64% annual attendance in FY 2024 as an optional learning tool. • Facilitated a monthly EU/US advanced programming call to ensure global programming cohesion and alignment between the geographies.• Directed a global training initiative to reduce neurostimulator waste, achieving a global completion rate of 100% and significantly lowering scrapped units from ~20 annually to ~2 per year in the US. • Served as a regional lead for Project Elevate, identifying and providing additional resources to elevate clinical acumen of local field teams.• Drove greater patient outcomes by advancing the closed-loop therapy, ensuring team’s thorough understanding of therapies and techniques by conducting clinical research for clinical publications to include the ECAP study, the Rosella APM study, and the Neural Panel study; developed and facilitated multiple levels of new hire training and finals. • Leveraged KOL relationships to assist the local sales team in the conversion of $100K of revenue over the last quarter; on target for an additional $500K per year.
